Jeremy currently serves as the Head of PeopleOps for Liatrio, after previously serving as a senior DevOps Engineer with the company's client delivery team. In addition to understanding Liatrio’s unique delivery approach, Jeremy brings to this position his experience in coaching and his passion for diversity, inclusion, and belonging. He leads Liatrio’s talent development and recruiting efforts and works to nurture company culture.Jeremy received a B.S. in Management Information Systems and an M.S. in Higher Education from Iowa State University and spent several years working in higher education around issues of diversity and inclusion before moving to technology.With over a decade of experience in quality assurance, build/release engineering and infrastructure engineering, he has worked with small and large software organizations in a variety of fields, including market research, healthcare, higher education, and finance.Jeremy lives in the Boston, MA, area with his family. He currently serves on the diversity, equity and inclusion committee of the board of directors at the Lexington Montessori School. A former member of the Boston Gay Men's Chorus, Jeremy can often be found enjoying the vibrant arts scene in Boston.
